Every group golf vacation or group travel event is fully customized to fit the needs of our corporate and leisure clients. Tee is Served designs events for groups ranging in size from six or eight travelers to larger travel functions with hundreds of participants.
Our group travel program specialists handle every detail including hotel, ground transfers, air transfers, golf, golf tournament, meals, receptions, meeting space, planning other activities or events, and more. In addition we offer escorted services for group events providing us with the distinctive ability to offer on-site client services. Group golf travelers receive impeccable service before, during, and after any group travel event. We Work With:
Groups handled from as few as six golfers to several hundred We provide the most comprehensive Instruction, Equipment, Excursion and Golf Entertainment program on the high seas. We look forward to working with you to create the most memorable and seamless golf event possible. As you may know, golf is a fairly complex group event and requires additional communication and logistical support to coordinate the various aspects of both the onboard and golf course portion of the event(s). Below is an overview of our services, basic requirements and administrative fees associated with golf group events and tournaments. We understand that each event is totally unique and we aspire to cater to you and your particular group needs.
The standard onboard program includes: . Full-time certified onboard golf professional . Onboard learning center - shaded and lit for evening play . The "V1" advanced teaching system for personalized video instruction . State-of-the-art golf simulator . Top-of-the-line quality rental clubs and shoes with all golf essentials available for purchase . Complimentary putting contests held on most sail days for the general public The standard golf group / tournament amenities: . Specialty clinics or demonstrations available upon request . Certified golf professional management of the event . Score cards and official scoring of the tournament . Additional staff provided based on event attendance . Personalized name cards on the golf carts . Club storage and management for groups over twenty (20) players . Closest-to-the-Pin contest with a minimum of twenty (20) players . Longest Drive contest with a minimum of twenty (20) players . Hole-in-One contest with a minimum of twenty (20) players Tee is Served is pleased to provide our clients with the very finest in awards, prizes and participant gift bags. Each order will be priced and charged accordingly.
Group Specifications : 1) Depending on the size of the program and if we need to reserve the course for the event, we require a confirmed head count approximately ninety days in advance of the program. 2) Group billing shall be to one account and a 50% deposit is required approximately sixty days prior to the date of the event. 3) The cost of the golf excursion shall be equal to the seasonal pricing listed; which includes your professional golf pro escort, early debarkation, roundtrip transportation that is safe and timely and all cart and green fees. Caddy fees may be additional at certain clubs and are payable directly to the golf course. Please note that all golf courses and prices are subject to change without notice. The cruise lines reserves the right to modify course selection and pricing to courses of equal or better quality to best serve the needs and experience of the sailing passengers. Seasonal rates may also apply at most locations. 4) Basic tournament management fees: a. If the group is less than fifty players, the management charge shall be $18.00 per person, b. If the group is more than fifty players, the management charge shall be $15.00 per person, 5) The golf professional may be scheduled at your convenience to conduct group lessons, clinics and demonstrations or even themed putting contests at a rate of $100.00 per hour. 6) We can provide quality logo merchandising for both golf product and apparel with your specific logo or group name if we have sufficient lead time for production and distribution. Approximately ninety - one hundred twenty days is suggested. Rush orders may require additional fees. Optional Amenities We appreciate that each event is unique and that each group will have their own personality and objectives. Optional amenities and services such as special events, or food and beverage functions are available and may be provided by the cruise line and will be quoted and charged on an individual request basis. Personalized Golf Instruction The cruise line golf professional is onboard the ship 24-7 to assist you with your golfing needs whether it be a 15-minute swing check analysis, a 30- or 60- minute private lesson with the V1 digital coaching software. Your golf pro also has rental equipment to offer such as high quality golf clubs, Nike soft-spiked golf shoes. Pack light; you can also purchase golf balls, hats, apparel and all golf essentials right onboard. Computer-Aided Golf Instruction The golf professional is trained exclusively on the V1 digital coaching technology, which is an interactive golf teaching tool that not only offers golfers an opportunity to immediately review one's swing, but allows split-screen comparisons to golf's greatest legends or the hottest names on Tour. This technology contains helpful features such as slow motion replay; club head speed calculation, as well as enhanced pointing and drawing tools. The personalized V1 instruction includes a wonderful take-home video to help capture your vacation memories and a lasting Instructional reference. Lessons take place in either the outdoor "learning centers" or the sophisticated indoor Simulators, which allow players to experience over 35 of the World's most famous Golf courses in the comfort of the "19th Hole".
Golf Excursions Our cruise lines provide professionally guided golf excursions in many ports of call worldwide. We also maintain an extensive database of domestic and international golf courses and are constantly reviewing the courses we use in ports of call around the world. Seasonal rates and passenger minimums may also apply at most locations. Custom Golf Products Tee is Served purchases only high quality products from manufacturers of the very finest golf equipment and apparel. Charters and incentive groups may also elect to personalize these items with corporate symbols and monograms, to maximize brand visibility during their cruise. We can arrange the customization of golf balls, golf bags, golf gloves, golf shirts, golf hats or prizes/awards, complete with the logo or text of your choice. Special engraving can also be arranged upon request. Food and Beverage We would be happy to assist you with organizing your special food and beverage requests. Please be specific as to what your expectations are both on the course and for any type of welcome or awards programs to be held off of the vessel. Pricing may vary and will depend wholly on the response we receive from the golf course requested.
