The "V1" digital coaching system is an interactive training
tool that not only offers golfers an opportunity to review their
swing dynamics but also allows split-screen comparisons to some
of golf's greatest players. This technology is adaptable to both
right-handed and left-handed golfers and contains helpful features
such as slow motion replay and club head speed calculation as
well as enhanced pointing and drawing tools. Golf lesson series
range in price from approximately $30.00 - $135.00 and can be

Golf Rental Equipment Program
Your golf pro is also prepared to provide a complete line of high quality rental equipment, including golf clubs and soft-spiked golf shoes with all additional golf essentials such as balls, gloves, caps and apparel available for purchase right onboard.. All golf equipment requests are handled on a first come, first served basis and may be conveniently charged to your "Cruise Card" onboard charge account. Guests who bring their own equipment are advised to store their clubs inside their cabins for personal security and convenience. Most of our partner golf courses also have club rental available if need be and our reservation staff can assist you with those requests as well.

The Golf Simulators feature 40 beautiful, world-famous golf course renderings enlarged to lifelike proportions on a 9'x12' screen and made playable to golfers using their own or Celebrity Cruises Golf clubs. They provide a sophisticated laser system with precise club and ball tracking capabilities. The simulators use the immensely popular Microsoft Links -- the world's best-selling golf software. Each nuance of a golfer's swing is captured in the simulator and using real physics and technical accuracy is then instantaneously entered into the Links golf software to give "real-time" simulations of the shot on the simulated course. Featured courses on the indoor simulators include Scotland 's legendary St. Andrews; England 's Belfry Country Club, home of the 2001 Ryder Cup; Ohio 's Firestone Country Club, home of the World Golf Championships; North Carolina 's Pinehurst Country Club, site of the 1999 U.S. Open, and Florida 's Bay Hill Club and Lodge, home of the Bay Hill Invitational.
